Final Team Discussion - Wrapping Up the Project : 

In Week 5, our team held a final discussion session to review everything we had learned, collected, and proposed throughout the project with H & Z A Agrofarm. This meeting was an opportunity for us to :

- Reflect on the entire process from Week 1 to Week 4 
- Organize and finalize all documentation, photos, and video materials
- Discuss the overall effectiveness of our digital strategy suggestions
- Prepare our final presentation and blog documentation

Each team member shared their insights and contributions, and we worked together to ensure that our findings were aligned, accurate, and clearly presented.




Research Outcome - Key Findings & Reflections :

Our research with H & Z G Agrofarm produced valuable insights into how a local agro-business can improve through digital transformation, even with limited resources. Here are the key outcomes of our study :

1. Improved Business Awareness 
Through consistent engagement and feedback, the farm showed increased awareness of the importance of digital presence, particularly in reaching the Muslim Market and building customer trust. 

2. New Business Streams Identified
The farm successfully began offering new services, such as : 

- Cooked meat orders for aqiqah and kenduri events
- Frozen meat sales, making it easier to distribute and promote online 

These services match current customer trends and are easier to promote through Facebook and other platforms.

3. Strategic Digital Marketing Plan
We developed a practical, low-cost digital strategy tailored to the farm's goals and capabilities, including :

- Branding improvements on Facebook 
- Content planning (photos, testimonials, behind-the-scenes videos)
- Basic performance monitoring (engagement metrics, feedback collection)

4. Real-World Learning 
This project provided our team with valuable real-world experience in communication, teamwork, digital strategy planning, and interacting with business owners. It also highlighted the importance of adapting theory into actionable steps that a real business can implement. 

Final Reflection :

The journey from choosing a company to analyzing its growth and proposing digital strategies was both meaningful and educational. Working with H & Z G Agrofarm gave us the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a real business environment. We are proud to see how our recommendations have been received and partially implemented.
