Date : 16 - 20 June Location : H & Z G Agrofarm, Pauh Focus : Follow-up Visit, Business Update, Operational Activities Second Visit - Checking On Progress In Week 4, we conducted our second visit to H & Z G Agrofarm to observe their progress since our first visit and to collect updated evidence of business operations. This follow-up visit helped us assess the impact of our previous recommendations and capture real-time developments happening at the farm.  Observed Improvements :  During our second visit, we noticed several improvements in both operations and product offerings. The business appeared more structured, and we observed more organized customer service efforts. Our team was happy to see that the farm was moving forward with confidence and energy. Date : 9 - 13 June  Focus : Digital Analysis, Strategy Planning, Face-to-Face Discussion, Recommendations & Evaluation  Team Face-to-Face Discussion - Turning Observations into Action Before finalizing our analysis and recommendations, our team held a face-to-face discussion session to review all the data we had collected during our Week 2 site visit and interview at H & Z G Agrofarm. Purpose of the Visit : This week, our team conducted a site visit to H & Z G Agrofarm in Pauh. The main objectives of this visit were : - To observe the farm's day-to-day operations - To understand their business model  - To conduct a formal interview session with the management team.  This visit gave us valuable first-hand exposure to how the business is run and how they engage with their local community, especially their target market: the Muslim community. Location : On-Campus Meetings Introduction : The first week marked the beginning of our project journey. As a team, we were excited to start working on our industrial engagement project and we understood the importance of laying a strong foundation. Our primary focus this week was to decide on a suitable company that aligns with the objectives of our project and to plan out our responsibilities as a team. Group Discussion - Selecting the Right Company : We began the week with a group discussion session to shortlist potential companies we could approach.
